Hi, I'm Lisa a creative soul originally from Baltimore, MD. In 2016, life led me to Central Ohio, where I took on an exciting new chapter with my husband, James, and our spirited rescue pug Coco. Passionate about life, faith, people, and of course art. There is so much joy in creative expression.

From a young age, I've had a love for art. Crayons were practically attached to my hand. Being creative, painting, drawing have always been my happy place. As a teenager, I dived into professional art classes, soaking up inspiration from various studios. The summer before my junior year I had the incredible opportunity to spend a month exploring the art world of Italy. Quick trips to New York City also allowed me to explore the vibrant art world and expand my horizons.

Following my artistic calling, I pursued a Fine Arts degree at the Maryland Institute College of Art. My journey did not stop there. Driven by a deep ambition to inspire others, I found myself teaching fine art. It's incredible to witness the spark of creativity in their eyes, from the super curious pre-k students to the coolest creative eithth-graders. Along the way I furthered my knowledge and skills, earning a Master's Degree in Art Education at Notre Dame of Maryland.

One of the most fulfilling experiences was working with inner-city youth in an educational enrichment program. Each summer, we embarked on creative adventures, building character, developing and painting murals together. Those wonderful moments hold a dear place in my heart.

Fueled by my love for people, teaching, and art, I took a leap of faith and established my own creative, painting business while I continue teaching fine art in the classroom. It's a dream to blend my creative expertise and passions, teaching, inspiring others to create their own beautiful paintings. Every brush stroke is an opportunity to develop warmth, invite creativity, and make the world a little more beautiful.
